Job summary

Harry Winston, Inc. in Zürich seeks an exceptional Luxury Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and master product knowledge in a premium salon.

You will craft a welcoming shopping experience, build client networks, and act as the brand ambassador at all times. The role requires passion for diamonds, strong luxury retail background, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining meticulous visual merchandising and daily salon operations.

Your profile:

• Strong luxury retail and jewelry and timepiece experience
• Strong knowledge of and passion for diamonds and precious stones
• Very high level of intrinsic motivation and willingness to learn and grow
• Bachelor degree is a plus
• Graduate Gemologist is a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work as a team player
• Computer literacy
• Flexible to retail working hours
• Fluent in German and English

Swiss-German and additional foreign languages are a plus

Activity rate: 100%

Starting date: As soon as possible
