Hilton Genève is offering a Sales Intern position in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will support the Sales & Marketing teams on market research, commercial offerings, and prospecting activities, while assisting the Groups, Conferences & Events department with databases, events, and client communications.

You will work closely with Reservations, Front Office and F&B teams, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Hotel experience and a passion for hospitality.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written communication and telephone confidence.
• Organized, methodical and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English and French; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales & Marketing with cross-functional projects and market research.
• Assist Sales Managers with prospecting, market research, and developing the commercial offering.
• Support Marketing with digital initiatives and promotional events.
• Develop and maintain a customer database for Groups, Conferences & Events.
• Generate sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
• Conduct local competitor and event benchmarking.
• Create and maintain an events calendar to maximise opportunities and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Front Office and Food & Beverage teams.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative follow-up for events.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks for the Commercial Department.
