Job summary

Swibeco SA in Lausanne is seeking a Sales Intern for a six-month internship to become an expert in our benefits solutions. You will engage clients, qualify needs, and drive them to join as customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and other stakeholders with a result-driven mindset and proactive approach. You will work under the Head of B2B Growth, training you to handle outreach, demos, and research.

Qualifications

• You are a talented individual with excellent communication skills.
• You are results-driven and sales-oriented, with a strong focus on numbers.
• You are confident in picking up the phone and making cold calls.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Swibeco’s product suite and communicate its value to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage the full sales cycle for small-business clients.
• Generate new opportunities for the Senior Sales team.
• Reach out to prospective clients via email and calls and give product demos via Teams or in person.
• Participate and assist in events.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients from first contact to close.
