Syz Group in Switzerland is seeking a Marketing Assistant Intern to support the planning and execution of internal and external events, manage invitations, and coordinate logistics. You will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of event marketing techniques, strong project coordination and organizational skills, and familiarity with MS Office; Canva or Photoshop is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, event management, or business school.
• Experience or internship in event coordination or as an assistant is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; German would be an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and executing internal and external events.
• Prepare and manage invitations; track RSVPs.
• Coordinate venue, catering, transport, and equipment.
• Assist the Events Manager on site.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage stock of event materials and goodies.
• Handle event-related administrative tasks and invoicing.
