Malvern Panalytical Switzerland seeks a Sales Engineer to manage end-to-end sales for the full portfolio within Switzerland. The role requires translating customer requirements into clear value propositions, driving growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships across industries.
The candidate will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Service teams. Travel approximately 50% is expected.

The Sales Engineer Switzerland is commercially responsible for the full Malvern Panalytical portfolio within an allocated territory in Switzerland. Each engineer has full responsibility for their respective territory, owning end-to-end sales responsibility across all product lines, customer segments, and applications. The role drives sustainable growth, strong customer relationships, and high-quality execution in line with Malvern Panalytical’s commercial strategy and requires close collaboration across the DACH and CEMEA organization. Success in this role requires strong technical and consultative selling capability, with the ability to translate complex, research-driven customer requirements into clear value propositions and to guide multiple stakeholders through explanation-heavy decision processes typical of scientific and regulated industries.
