Zusammenfassung

Fusalp in Gstaad, Switzerland seeks a client-focused retail assistant to deliver a warm, personalised service and showcase Fusalp’s heritage and products.

You will greet clients, understand their needs, recommend looks, maintain boutique presentation, and support stock, deliveries and daily operations. Seasonal 100% contract from December 2026 to March 2027, CHF 4,500 per month plus bonus.

Qualifikationen

• A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another high-quality service environment.
• Enthusiasm for selling, learning and working towards commercial goals.
• Professionalism, reliability and willingness to contribute wherever the boutique needs you.
• Availability to work a flexible rota, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

Gstaad combines an international clientele with high service expectations. You will spend most of your time facing clients, but everyone also supports stock, deliveries and boutique operations.

Must-have

• A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another high-quality service environment.
• English is required
• A genuine desire to build a career in retail rather than simply take a seasonal job.
• Enthusiasm for selling, learning and working towards commercial goals.
• Professionalism, reliability and the willingness to contribute wherever the boutique needs you.
• Availability to work a flexible rota, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

Nice-to-have

• German, French or any additional language.
• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Interest in fashion, ski or mountain lifestyle.

What you’ll love working here
