Zusammenfassung

Fusalp recherche un(e) vendeur(se) en boutique à Zürich pour créer des expériences client d’exception et contribuer à la performance commerciale. Vous accueillerez une clientèle locale et internationale, conseillerez les produits et participerez au développement du clientalisme et de la base client.

Le poste est à temps partiel (80%) avec un salaire mensuel affiché de 4 784 € brut. Expérience dans le secteur du luxe et maîtrise des standards de service attendues.

Qualifikationen

• Maîtrise du allemand (C1) et de l’anglais (C1) exigée.
• Expérience minimale de 5 ans dans le luxe ou le retail premium.
• Connaissance des systèmes de vente au détail et des KPI.

Aufgaben

• Créer des expériences client exceptionnelles en boutique de luxe.
• Contribuer au développement de la clientèle et au clienteling.
• Participer au merchandising visuel et à la gestion des stocks.
• Aider à atteindre les objectifs de vente et KPIs du magasin.
