Job summary

Montblanc Geneva boutique is seeking a Sales Associate (60%) for a maternity cover, based in Geneva. You will build lasting client relationships, engage clients with our collections, and drive sales in a luxury environment.

Fluent French and English are required, with additional language skills a plus. You will join a friendly, dynamic team and represent Montblanc at external events while supporting boutique operations and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of establishing and growing strong client relationships.
• Retail or hospitality background is preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with clients by offering exemplary service.
• Engage customers with Montblanc collections best suited for them.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor local/international client opportunities.
• Represent Montblanc as an ambassador at the boutique and events.
• Support boutique operations including maintenance, inventory, transfers, and security.

You will be successful in this position if you are:

• Able to create and build long-term relationships with your clients by offering them exemplary service and client experience.
• Interested in knowing everything about our products and engaging customers with the collections best suited for them
• Results driven and able to achieve sales targets, monitor individual/collective sales goals and identify opportunities to gain new local/international clients and increase sales
• An Ambassador of Montblanc in the Boutique as well as at external events
• Strong support to the smooth running of the Boutique operations (Boutique maintenance, inventory, goods transfers, security procedures…)

Your precious skills we are looking for:

• A proven track record of establishing and growing strong Client relationships
• Retail or hospitality background, watchmaking knowledge is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Confidence in handling high-value transactions
• Client & Service orientation
• Team spirit, “go-getter”, “hands-on” and positive mindset
• Thinking out of the box.
• Fluent in French, English and another language is an asset
