Job summary

Montblanc Geneva is seeking a Sales Associate for a 60% maternity cover in our boutique. You will build lasting relationships with clients, deliver exceptional service and represent Montblanc with the utmost professionalism.

You will know our products thoroughly, engage both local and international clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets while supporting boutique operations and external events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of establishing and growing client relationships.
• Retail or hospitality background; watchmaking knowledge is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• Confidence in handling high-value transactions.
• Client & Service orientation.
• Team spirit, go-getter, hands-on and positive mindset.
• Thinking out of the box.
• Fluent in French, English and another language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and build long-term relationships with clients by offering exemplary service and client experience.
• Know everything about our products and engage customers with collections best suited for them.
• Achieve sales targets, monitor goals and identify opportunities to gain new local/international clients.
• Be an Ambassador of Montblanc in the Boutique and at external events.
• Support smooth Boutique operations including maintenance, inventory, goods transfers and security procedures.

then here is the perfect opportunity for you to join our Team as Sales Associate - 60% within our Montblanc Boutique in Geneva. This opportunity is a part-time maternity cover.

You will be successful in this position if you are:

• Able to create and build long-term relationships with your clients by offering them exemplary service and client experience.
• Interested in knowing everything about our products and engaging customers with the collections best suited for them
• Results driven and able to achieve sales targets, monitor individual/collective sales goals and identify opportunities to gain new local/international clients and increase sales
• An Ambassador of Montblanc in the Boutique as well as at external events
• Strong support to the smooth running of the Boutique operations (Boutique maintenance, inventory, goods transfers, security procedures…)
