Zusammenfassung

System Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Technical Application Manager to own our Real Estate and Facility Management software platforms in Zürich. You will oversee SaaS and on‑premises lifecycle, design integrations, and ensure smooth operation across authentication, data pipelines, and interfaces.

You will monitor performance, coordinate 3rd‑level support, and produce technical documentation while collaborating with business units on digitalization initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience (must‑have).
• 3+ years of experience in technical application management for SaaS and on‑premises applications, including lifecycle management (must‑have).
• Technical skills in solution design, integration concepts (APIs, middleware), user authentication and provisioning methods, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and system configuration (must‑have).
• Strong analytical, hands‑on troubleshooting, and communication skills (must‑have).

• Take ownership of Real Estate and Facility Management software platforms, ensuring smooth operation and continuous optimization.
• Oversee lifecycle of SaaS and on‑premises apps from evaluation to upgrades and release planning.
• Design and implement integrations with other IT systems (HR, Finance, Building Automation).
• Hands‑on work with interfaces (authentication, user provisioning) and data pipelines (APIs, ETL).
• Monitor performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and improvements.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with internal/external teams for 3rd level support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specs, and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with business units on change requests and digitalization projects.

• Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications, from evaluation and installation to upgrades and release planning.
• Design and implement technical solutions and integrations with other IT systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Building Automation), including hands‑on work with interfaces (authentication, user provisioning) and data pipelines (APIs, ETL).
• Monitor application performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues hands‑on: coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for 3rd-level support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge base.
• Collaborate closely with business units on change requests and digitalization projects, managing demand with business and IT management.
