The Swatch Group Services IT division seeks an Applications Manager to lead a portfolio of business applications as service owner. You will oversee cloud and on-premises environments, manage access, licenses, monitoring, security and updates, and coordinate service delivery to ensure IT continuity.

Aufgaben

• Manage portfolio of applications as service owner
• Manage Applications (Cloud and/or on-premises) including access, invoicing, licenses, monitoring, resources, roles, security, updates)
• Coordinate delivery of services to business and ensure IT Service's continuity
• Organize and provide technical implementations for all lifecycle changes
• Provide levels 2 and 3 of support
• Manage enhancement, corrective changes according to applications lifecycle
• Support new application deployment, infrastructure migration and upgrade projects
• Work closely with customers, define requirements and set expectations
• Provide and maintain end-user and technical documentations
