Hitachi Energy in Zürich seeks a senior S&OP lead to steer local planning aligned with global objectives. You will drive demand forecasting, performance metrics, and cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance to optimize supply chain outcomes.

You will work with senior leaders to present insights, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a planning team in a fast‑paced, international manufacturing setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously improve Hitachi Energy's local S&OP process aligning with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP reviews and executive meetings with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management to drive alignment.
• Develop demand planning and forecasting methodologies for a broad portfolio of products.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory performance, and production adherence.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives representing the planning organization in cross‑functional programs.
• Drive process optimization through analytics and digital solutions.
• Present executive analyses and mentor team members to foster collaboration.
