You will act as the crucial interface between rotor design engineering and manufacturing, supporting producibility improvements, CAPA-driven issue resolution, and lessons learned to inform design standards and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience connecting engineering design with manufacturing reality.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience in leading cross-functional technical problem-solving.
• Experience with CAPA methodologies and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Bridge design and manufacturing: translate drawings into actionable manufacturing direction for teams.
• Drive producibility improvements through early design reviews and process capability.
• Resolve design-to-manufacturing issues using RCA and CAPA methodologies.
• Capture and apply lessons learned to design standards and new products.
• Lead and develop, mentor junior engineers and support lean initiatives.
