You will join the BMK team, contributing to the full lifecycle of tooling and ensuring resources meet production needs on time. This is a hands-on engineering role where your work directly enables the production floor, with collaboration across production and engineering functions and emphasis on tool

Qualifikationen

• Swiss HF diploma or equivalent ideal.
• Proven experience designing production tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
• Solid knowledge of machining processes, tooling concepts, and measurement strategies.
• Proficiency in SAP and TDM or similar tool data management system.
• Fluent German and good English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment for turbine and generator rotor manufacturing.
• Define and optimize machining strategies, tooling concepts, and measurement approaches with production and engineering teams.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from supplier quotes to technical reviews.
• Ensure on-time availability of production resources, internally or sourced externally.
• Monitor tool performance, consumption, and costs; drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Maintain Tool Data Management (TDM) lists and related master data in SAP.
