GE Vernova Gas Power is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Birr to support production and engineering teams. You will define detailed routing, maintain mBOM, and drive cost improvements with PLM and ERP systems.

Qualifications include polymechanic or design engineering background, PLM and SAP experience, and fluency in German and English. You will collaborate across Design, Procurement and Shop Floor to ensure schedule adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter or Enovia)
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP)
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering environment
• Strong ability to read complex drawings and quality docs
• Lean/CI methodology knowledge
• Fluent in German and English

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain mBOM in PLM and integrate with ERP
• Define routing steps, work instructions, and cycle times for gas turbine components
• Perform cost comparisons and support price updates
• Coordinate PLM part definition changes
• Maintain master data for tooling and consumables in ERP
• Drive SQDC improvements across production
• Mentor junior team members
• Interface between Design Engineering, Procurement, and Shop Floor to resolve bottlenecks
