Mandarin Oriental, Geneva is seeking a Receptionist to join our Front Office team, where you will greet guests and ensure a seamless arrival experience in a luxury setting. Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, you will handle bookings, registrations, and departures with professionalism, delivering the high standards expected by the Mandarin Oriental brand.

A Swiss work permit or European passport is required.

• Previous experience in Front Office.

• Valid Swiss work permit or European passport.

Aufgaben

• Monitor departures and arrivals daily.
• Keep booking and occupancy schedules up to date.
• Process bookings by telephone, letter or email within 24 hours.
• Organize guest arrivals by printing registration cards, preparing group folders, etc.
• Check in guests according to established procedures.
• Welcome and serve guests according to the hospitality standards of a 5-star hotel, in line with the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group and Swiss Deluxe.
• May be required to work both day and night shifts, depending on operational needs.
