Aufgaben

• Monitor departures and arrivals on a daily basis.
• Keep the booking schedule and occupancy schedule up to date.
• Process bookings made by telephone, letter or email within 24 hours.
• Organize guest arrivals by printing registration cards and group folders.
• Check in guests according to established procedures.
• Welcome and serve guests according to five-star standards.
• Ensure cover for guests to be sent on credit (credit card authorization or cash deposit).
• Organize guest departures (billing and room release).
• Process guest departures in accordance with procedures.
• Enforce guest safety procedures.
• Perform all administrative tasks per shift checklist.
• May work day and night shifts as needed.
