Job summary

Artefact seeks a Partner to lead and grow its Romandie business from Lausanne. You will take over an established client portfolio, win new accounts in industry, retail and luxury, and lead the Lausanne team to deliver multi-disciplinary data and AI transformations.

Based in or willing to relocate to Lausanne, you will shape offers, manage senior client relationships and drive growth with Swiss leadership and global assets. Fluent French and English are required.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of consulting experience in technology, strategy or related services.
• Director/Partner with a personal sales target and readiness for Partner level.
• Proven track record growing client relationships and revenue across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Romandie client portfolio with GTM plans and targets.
• Own the pipeline and report on opportunities and revenue monthly.
• Write proposals with scoping and pricing in collaboration with the Tech chapter.
• Grow the Lausanne team and coach consultants on client handling.
