This hands-on role offers ownership, collaboration with senior engineers and product teams, and real impact on hardware design, with mentorship and rapid learning in a fast-moving robotics startup.

Qualifikationen

• A builder's mentality with hands-on hardware experience.
• Ongoing or completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks) for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
• Hands-on prototyping experience (3D printing, machining, workshop fabrication).
• Proactive, entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude with strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Drive rapid experimentation by building proof-of-concept mechanisms, test rigs, and functional prototypes.
• Design parts and assemblies in CAD and iterate quickly using 3D printing, machining, and other rapid prototyping methods.
• Test and validate concepts during lab experiments and flight tests.
• Collaborate with the hardware team and product organization to align with customer needs.
