Zusammenfassung

Amazon RIVR is a robotics company pioneering Physical AI through real-world doorstep delivery. We are building autonomous hardware and software for last-mile robotics, with ETH Zurich roots and recent Amazon integration.

This internship offers hands-on experience designing and prototyping mechanical, electronic, and software interfaces for robotic systems, collaborating with senior engineers, and contributing to hardware development in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience delivering complex projects (e.g. Formula SAE, ETH Fokus projekt, Motostudent)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong interest in robotics and hardware development
• Basic understanding of electronics, sensors, and actuators
• Familiarity with CAD software for mechanical design OR familiarity with eCAD software for PCBA design
• At least a BSc in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Aufgaben

• Support the design and development of mechanical structures, electronics, sensors, or actuators for robotic systems
• Aid in building prototypes, conducting tests, and analyzing results to improve hardware performance
• Help create documentation detailing hardware specifications, assembly instructions, and test procedures
• Work closely with senior engineers to integrate hardware with software systems and contribute ideas for optimization
• Gain hands-on experience in cutting edge robotics
