Job summary

Hexagon Robotics, a division of Hexagon, seeks an HR Generalist to be the dedicated partner for our growing robotics organization. You will handle day-to-day HR topics and build scalable people processes for a fast-moving engineering environment.

Expect exposure to contracts, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations, with a focus on Swiss compliance and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with managers and engineers, ensuring accurate HR data and timely changes,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations Partner.
• Hands-on HR operations: lifecycle, contracts, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss employment practices and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience advising managers on a broad range of people topics.
• Track record of improving HR processes and programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted HR partner for Hexagon Robotics employees and managers across the full lifecycle.
• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR topics: role changes, promotions, compensation changes, onboarding and offboarding.
• Advise managers on contracts, benefits, training, and career development.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, mobility/immigration and other teams to resolve issues accurately.
• Maintain employee data, documentation, and HR systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with managers to navigate sensitive HR situations and drive scalable processes.
