Nabla is seeking a Robot Field Operator in Zürich, Switzerland. You will deploy robots at customer sites, troubleshoot issues in the field, and perform on-site maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

You will spend significant time at customer locations, both locally and internationally, acting as the eyes and ears of the engineering team and feeding field learnings back into product improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong practical and technical skills to diagnose and resolve issues in complex systems.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or software systems through work, education, or hands-on projects.
• Ability to work independently, own problems, and adapt in unpredictable environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting mindset and curiosity to understand why systems fail.
• Good communication to collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally and spend significant time on-site.
• Valid Swiss driving license and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Deploy and set up robots at customer sites, ensuring readiness for operation.
• Monitor robot performance and intervene when issues occur.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in the field, performing basic repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct on-site quality checks and validate robots operate to company standards.
• Document issues clearly and provide structured feedback to engineering and teams.
• Identify recurring failure modes and contribute ideas to improve system robustness.
• Interface directly with customers and represent the company during deployments and support visits.
• Travel internationally for deployments and spend extended periods on-site when required.
