Loki Robotics in Zürich, Switzerland (on-site only) is seeking a Robot Field Operator to deploy and support our robot fleet at customer sites worldwide. You’ll work at the intersection of hardware, software, and customer operations, performing on-site deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and data feedback to the engineering team.

The role requires strong practical technical skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Deploy and set up robots at customer sites, ensuring they are ready for operation
• Monitor robot performance and intervene when issues occur
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in the field, performing basic repairs and maintenance when needed
• Conduct on-site quality checks and validate that robots operate according to company standards
• Document issues clearly and provide structured feedback to engineering, production, and account management teams
• Identify recurring failure modes and contribute ideas to improve system robustness and reliability
• Interface directly with customers and represent the company during deployments and support visits
• Travel internationally for deployments and spend extended periods on-site when required
