Nabla is seeking a Robot Field Operator in Zürich, Switzerland. You will deploy robots at customer sites, troubleshoot issues in the field, and perform on-site maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

You will spend significant time at customer locations, both locally and internationally, acting as the eyes and ears of the engineering team and feeding field learnings back into product improvements.

Your Role

As our Robot Field Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our robot fleet performs reliably in real customer environments. Sitting at the intersection of robotics, operations, and customer success, you will be responsible for deploying robots on-site, troubleshooting issues in the field, carrying out maintenance and repairs, and feeding real-world learnings back into the engineering team.

You will spend a significant amount of time at customer sites, both locally and internationally, helping ensure successful deployments and smooth day-to-day operation. In this role, you will act as the eyes and ears of the engineering team in the field, turning operational experience into product improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deploy and set up robots at customer sites, ensuring they are ready for operation
