• Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed teams, with the ability to follow up effectively and maintain delivery discipline.

• Deployment Coordination and Execution Support: Coordinate day-to-day deployment activities for robotics initiatives, ensuring actions, owners, timelines, and dependencies are tracked.
• Launch Readiness and Operational Support: Support readiness activities for NPIs launches and line extensions, coordinate hyper-care activities after deployment.
• Project Administration and Governance Support: Maintain trackers, logs, meeting notes, readiness checklists, and deployment documentation.
• Issue Management, Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Monitor risks, issues, escalation, and documentation, seeking improvements and ensuring compliance.
