Zusammenfassung

PREEN Technologies in Europe is seeking a Robotics & Controls Engineer to own the industrial automation core of our washbay, including the 7-axis robot system and the PLC. You will collaborate with field commissioning teams and software engineers to deliver a safe, well-characterised machine.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years in industrial automation, experience with ABB/FANUC/KUKA robots, IEC 61131-3, safety PLCs, and direct machine work.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in industrial automation with robots and PLCs.
• Hands-on with ABB/FANUC/KUKA robots: frame, calibration, motion tuning.
• Solid IEC 61131-3 PLC programming and industrial communication (OPC UA, fieldbuses).
• Experience with safety PLCs, interlocks, safe speed/zone monitoring.

Aufgaben

• Set up, calibrate and configure the 7-axis robot system.
• Optimize robot motion for speed, smoothness and collision avoidance around vehicles.
• Program the PLC that sequences and safeguards the washbay.
