Nestlé Deep Tech Center in Orbe, Switzerland is seeking an Associate Robotics Specialist to identify, evaluate, develop and deploy advanced robotics and intelligent automation solutions that scale manufacturing. You will collaborate with project teams, R&D centers, engineering hubs, factories, pilot plants, quality labs, suppliers, system integrators, universities and technology partners.

Qualifikationen

Hands-on knowledge of robotics and automation projects.
Experience with robotics integration, vision, sensors or safety.
Ability to translate concepts into maintainable automation solutions.
Strong collaboration across technical and operational teams.

Build and apply robotics expertise to create smarter, safer manufacturing solutions.
Scout and evaluate emerging technologies for practical automation concepts.
Support robotics projects from opportunity framing to pilot and deployment.
Deliver work packages across requirements, design reviews, commissioning, startup and qualification.
Share knowledge and training content to strengthen robotics capability across the community.
