At the Konolfingen R&D center, you will collaborate with factories, engineering, quality, operations, research and development, digital and automation teams, technology partners and suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering with digital technologies.
• Experience with digital manufacturing solutions, AI and robotics in manufacturing or food industry.
• Knowledge of Rockwell, Wonderware and AVEVA control/SCADA and process simulation tools.
• Experience delivering projects from design to handover, including commissioning and validation.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

• Leading the development, technical support and global deployment of digital manufacturing and automation solutions that improve reliability, efficiency and operational performance across factories.
• Driving the standardization and continuous improvement of manufacturing execution systems, operational technology and automation solutions across Nutrition and Health sites.
• Building strong partnerships with factories, project teams and technology suppliers to turn emerging digital technologies into scalable business value.
• Delivering expert guidance for investment projects, from design and commissioning to qualification, validation and handover to operations.
• Enabling secure, reliable and actionable manufacturing data through data integration and engineering initiatives that support digital transformation.
• Coaching teams and sharing best practices that strengthen digital and automation capabilities across a global manufacturing community.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bringing strong expertise in digital technologies applied to manufacturing, automation, industrial software and operational technology, supported by a Master’s degree in Engineering with a background in digital technologies.
• Applying strong experience in digital manufacturing solutions, AI and robotics, manufacturing execution systems (DMO/MES), automation and digital engineering within manufacturing or food industry environments.
• Using solid knowledge of process mastery applications, control system platforms such as Rockwell, Wonderware or AVEVA, and process simulation tools to strengthen operational performance.
• Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering projects, commissioning, start-up and continuous improvement in manufacturing facilities, ideally within dairy processes.
• Communicating with full professional proficiency in English and bringing the willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
