Nestlé Deep Tech Center in Orbe, Switzerland, is seeking an Associate Robotics Specialist to help identify, evaluate, develop and deploy advanced robotics and intelligent automation solutions across manufacturing. You will collaborate with project teams, R&D centers, engineering hubs, factories, pilots, labs, and partners to turn emerging technologies into scalable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on robotics and automation experience.
• Experience with mechatronics, AI in industry, or advanced engineering projects.
• Experience with robotics integration, end-of-arm manipulation, mobile robotics, machine vision, sensors or robot safety.
• Ability to use programming, data analysis, simulation, or digital twin tools.
• Strong collaboration, safety and quality focus.

• Build and apply robotics expertise to unlock smarter manufacturing solutions.
• Scout emerging technologies for scalable automation concepts.
• Support projects from opportunity framing through proof of concept, pilot and deployment.
• Deliver work packages across design reviews, commissioning, start-up and qualification.
