You will lead testing initiatives, design rigs, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to push systems to failure, delivering actionable improvements for customer deployments.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years building robotics systems in professional settings across hardware and software.
• Linux fluency including bash, containers, systemd, networking.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to lead a robot-operator team.
• High agency and ability to drive faster outcomes than typical.
• Familiarity with ROS2 and hardware-in-the-loop testing is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define testing processes to surface edge-case issues.
• Design testing rigs and mock environments to increase coverage.
• Manage a team of robot operators running planned tests.
• Build systems to improve feedback loops between testing and R&D.
• Contribute to engineering solutions across hardware and software.
• Plan and oversee release testing and manage hardware/software releases.
