Laelaps AI Ltd. in Zurich seeks a reliability engineer to own the path from commit to robot, building the simulation environment, regression suites and release gates for safe production deployment on customer sites.

You will drive the reliability stack, maintain CI/CD and GPU-accelerated simulation, and ensure reproducible tests across thousands of scenarios with hardware-in-the-loop rigs.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in test, validation, reliability, SRE or platform engineering on customer ships.
• Experience with a complex system at scale: autonomous driving, drones or similar.
• Strong Python and/or C++, with CI/CD and containerised infra skills.
• Hands-on with robotics simulators used as prod infra: Isaac Sim preferred.
• Comfort owning cloud infra and GPU orchestration, not just consuming.

Aufgaben

• Release pipeline: code change, automated tests, simulation at scale, full rollout with gates.
• Simulation as infrastructure: GPU-backed sim env (Isaac Sim) running continuously.
• Scenario libraries and regression suites: coverage across on-robot stack.
• Hardware-in-the-loop: rigs and tests on physical robots.
• Failure injection: drop sensors, degrade LiDAR, verify degradation handling.
• Field incidents to tests: deterministically reproduce and add regression tests.
• Reproducibility: log capture, replay tooling, versioned scenarios, metrics.
