Neural Concept seeks a RevOps Manager to partner with the Finance Director, building the revenue engine across Sales, Finance, and Leadership. You will own forecasting, GTM analytics, and the systems that power a fast-scaling, data-driven commercial function in a high-tech environment.

You will lead cross-functional programs, optimize CRM/BI/CPQ, and apply AI-powered tools to streamline processes, improve pipeline velocity, and support strategic growth decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Commercial Finance experience in B2B SaaS or deep-tech environments.

Aufgaben

• Own revenue forecasting and commercial analytics, delivering executive-ready insights for GTM leadership.
• Own RevOps tech stack including CRM/BI/CPQ, drive data integrity and system integration.
• Design and improve end-to-end sales processes from lead to contract and handover.
• Partner with Finance to support quota setting, territory planning, and ROI analyses.
• Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning and cross-functional alignment.
