Apple Inc. Retail is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide expert technical support and skilled troubleshooting for customers, while generating excitement for Apple products and services.

You will educate customers on repair options and services, ensuring excellent service and ownership in resolving issues. You will stay current on Apple products, contribute to efficient repairs, and work with leaders to address recurring repair concerns, delivering an inclusive, high-quality customer

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends and public holidays in the retail store.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.

• Develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support high-quality repairs.
• Support customers with Apple hardware or software issues with care and empathy using all provided tools.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Provide feedback to Apple on recurring repair problems and service concerns.
• Educate customers on relevant ways to buy and repair options while offering product and service recommendations.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple’s values.
