Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Switzerland seeks a motivated Shop Agent in Sierre for a leading Swiss telecommunications provider. You will actively support customers, sell products, and help expand the store network with tailored recommendations.

Fluent Swiss German is essential; English and French are a plus. Vocational training in retail or sales and years of sales experience with strong closing skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in retail, sales, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to advise and persuade customers effectively.
• Reliable, resilient, and flexible personality who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Confident, professional, and customer-oriented manner.
• Fluent Swiss German, both written and spoken; additional languages: English and French are a plus
