LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Shop Agent (m/w/d) for Geneva/Nyon with Switzerland's leading telecom provider. Join a fast-paced sales environment focused on helping businesses stay connected and delivering tailored mobile, internet, and TV solutions.

You will build relationships, analyze needs, and close deals to drive growth. This 15-month contract offers an attractive compensation package with performance incentives, onboarding and product training, and opportunities for development

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in retail, sales, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, ideally within telecommunications.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong closing skills and the ability to advise and persuade customers.

We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Shop Agent (m/w/d) to support the expansion of the stores in Geneva/Nyon. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively support customers and sell products and services.
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions that best meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Provide comprehensive advice on mobile technology, internet, and TV solutions.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in retail, sales, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to advise and persuade customers effectively.
• Reliable, resilient, and flexible personality who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Confident, professional, and customer-oriented manner.
• Fluent French and English- both written and spoken
