Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is helping a leading Swiss telecommunications provider fill a Shop Agent (m/w/d) vacancy in Sierre. In this 70-80% role you will actively support customers, sell products and services, analyze needs, and build long-term relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

You should have vocational training in retail or sales, several years of sales experience, strong closing skills, and fluent Swiss German; English and French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in retail, sales, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to advise and persuade customers effectively.
• Reliable, resilient, and flexible personality who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Confident, professional, and customer-oriented manner.
• Fluent Swiss German, both written and spoken; additional languages: English and French are a plus
