Job summary

Swisscom, through a partner, is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Zurich region (80–100%). You will consult and sell telecommunications solutions while actively approaching customers and maintaining an attractive store presence.

You will work directly with customers to build long-term relationships, contribute to achieving team sales targets, and benefit from a generous commission model along with training opportunities and holiday allowances. Location: Region ZH, on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Enthusiasm for the telecommunications industry.
• Technical know-how and affinity.
• Convincing and likeable demeanour.
• Native German speaker.
• Initiative in approaching customers.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and selling telecommunications solutions (mobile, internet, TV and accessories).
• Active approach and competent advice to customers.
• Ensuring an attractive store appearance.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
