Jobup, a leading Swiss energy solutions company, seeks an HR Applications Manager (M/F) 60-80% to oversee the HR software landscape and ensure secure access to systems like SAP SuccessFactors. The role focuses on portfolio management, project coordination with IT and HR teams, and budget monitoring in Western Switzerland.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in IT/administration or equivalent, plus experience with HR applications and project management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, administration or equivalent; or a HES Bachelor's with business IT/project management
• Initial professional experience in managing business applications, information systems or HR solutions
• Ideally knowledge of HR processes or motivation to develop skills in this area
• Project management tools/methods; SAP SuccessFactors and TimeTool knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent in French and technical English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in managing the HR applications portfolio and ensure performance, evolution and coherence with business needs
• Guarantee availability, security and access management of HR solutions, notably SAP SuccessFactors and TimeTool
• Supervise interfaces and data flows between HR applications and other company systems
• Coordinate HRIS developments and projects with HR teams, IT and external partners, with budget monitoring
• Advise and support HR teams in using the solutions and sharing best practices

Mission:

• Participate in managing the HR applications portfolio and ensure their performance, evolution and coherence with business needs

Profile:

• Holder of a Master’s degree in computer science, administration or equivalent field, or a HES Bachelor’s degree supplemented by training in business IT or project management
• You have initial professional experience in managing business applications, information systems or HR solutions.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of HR processes or are motivated to quickly develop your skills in this area
• You are comfortable with project management tools and methods. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and TimeTool is an advantage.
• You master French as well as technical English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
