Zusammenfassung

Huawei Technologies Switzerland AG in Zurich is recruiting three Researchers to push the frontier of extreme-scale agentic computing. You will design novel algorithms, build analytical and simulation frameworks, and explore emerging hardware technologies to enable next-generation AI systems.

Qualifikationen

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • Strong interest in one of the listed research areas (Algorithms, Modelling, Architectures).
  • Experience with AI/agentic workloads is a plus.

Aufgaben

  • Research & Innovation: conduct fundamental and applied research on algorithms, modelling, and architectures for agentic AI systems.
  • Algorithm design: create novel algorithmic solutions for agentic AI, including synchronization and scheduling strategies.
  • Modelling & Simulation: build cost models and simulation tools to analyze workloads and performance.
  • Architecture exploration: investigate modular interconnects, NoCs, and emerging technologies for agentic workloads.
  • Design space analysis: perform systematic exploration to identify optimal algorithm–architecture–resource combos.
  • Prototyping & validation: implement prototypes and run experiments to validate findings.
  • Collaboration: work with hardware engineers, software developers, and product teams to apply research outcomes.
  • Publication & knowledge sharing: publish papers and present findings in forums.
  • Technology monitoring: stay updated on AI, agentic computing, and system architectures.
