You will publish at top venues and ship research into flagship Huawei devices, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in Switzerland and abroad.

Qualifikationen

  • PhD in computer vision, computer graphics, machine learning, or related field.
  • Strong publication record in generative modeling, image/video restoration and editing, neural rendering, 3D/4D vision, or efficient deep learning.
  • Solid hands-on experience with modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).
  • Knowledge of diffusion and flow-based models, sampling, guidance, conditioning, and distillation techniques.
  • Curiosity, independence, and drive to translate research into real-world impact.

Aufgaben

  • Conduct original research on efficient generative models (diffusion/flow-based, few-step/one-step generation).
  • Develop controllable and reliable generation methods (identity preservation, text conditioning, artifact suppression).
  • Extend methods to 3D/4D generation and dynamic scene reconstruction.
  • Apply results to camera/image/video pipelines and on-device rendering and processing.
  • Transfer results into Huawei products in collaboration with product/hardware/software teams.
  • Publish at top venues and journals; contribute to the research community.
  • Mentor interns and collaborate with academic partners in Switzerland and abroad.
