Destinus is seeking a Requirements Manager to architect and govern the requirements management framework for complex munition development. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in systems engineering with focus on requirements/process management for ammunition, missiles, rockets, or explosive weapon systems.
• Authoritative knowledge of NATO S3 framework (STANAG 4297) and related protocols.
• Experience configuring RM toolsets to map requirements to safety plans and testing records.

Aufgaben

• Govern end-to-end traceability across the munition qualification lifecycle.
• Configure Jama Connect with schemas and linking workflows for WLA and STANAG alignment.
• Lead trainings and audits to ensure data integrity for milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
