You will be the primary interface between the warhead team and program, product, operations and customers, shaping engineering standards, supplier base, and scalable development approaches.

This role requires a Masters or PhD in a relevant field, 10+ years in warhead or munitions

Qualifikationen

• A Master's or PhD in a relevant field with 10+ years in warhead or munitions development.
• Strong knowledge of NATO safety and qualification standards (MIL-STD, STANAG).
• Proven leadership in warhead or munitions development through qualification to serial production.

Aufgaben

• Own warhead architecture; arbitrate trade-offs across energetics, electronics & safety, mechanical, and test disciplines.
• Define engineering standards and design review practices.
• Define and build the warhead supply chain with scalability as a design requirement.
• Act as warhead authority toward programs, products and customers; translate requirements into specs.
• Drive developments from concept through design, testing, qualification and industrialization on rapid cycles.
• Ensure compliance with pyrotechnic regulations and NATO standards throughout the lifecycle.
