Albatross AI is seeking a senior contract lawyer to own end-to-end agreements across Europe, from NDA to production and DPAs. You will draft, negotiate and close deals, while shaping data protection and AI compliance.

Build the go-to-market contract playbook and maintain a single contract stack with outside counsel when needed. You will partner with the CEO, Sales and Engineering to keep terms concise and accurate.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years in M&A, venture or technology.
• Experience negotiating technology contracts: licensing, API and SaaS.
• Strong data protection and privacy knowledge (GDPR, Swiss FADP, AI acts).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end customer contracts: NDA, pilots, production, DPAs and partnerships.
• Build and maintain templates, playbooks, and a contract register.
• Lead data protection and AI compliance across agreements.
• Run security/compliance reviews with Engineering and outside counsel as needed.
• Partner with CEO, Sales and Engineering to keep deals short and accurate.
• Handle corporate and investor documentation for future rounds.
