Albatross, a Swiss-based AI perception startup, seeks an experienced lawyer to own all customer contracts end to end. You will draft, negotiate and close NDAs, pilots, production agreements, DPAs and partnerships across Europe, the US, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, ensuring terms reflect how our technology works.

You will build go-to-market templates, standard positions and a negotiation playbook, enabling Sales to close standard deals quickly while maintaining strong risk controls and data

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years in M&A, venture or technology law, then in-house at a tech company.
• Ability to negotiate technology contracts including licensing, API and SaaS agreements, DPAs and data processing terms.
• Strong written communication; able to translate complex tech and data flows into clear contract terms.

Responsabilidades

• Own every customer contract end to end: NDA, pilot and production agreements, DPAs, group agreements and partnerships.
• Build templates, positions and a playbook for go-to-market teams to streamline deals.
• Lead data protection and AI compliance: GDPR, FADP, EU AI Act, US state privacy laws, and international transfers.
• Coordinate security and compliance reviews with Engineering: DPIAs, SOC 2, vendor due-diligence packs.
