Jobgether in Switzerland seeks a Procurement Legal Counsel to support global procurement for a fast-growing AI infrastructure business. You draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and framework agreements, across Europe and the Americas.

You will help develop templates, playbooks, and CLM processes, escalate complex risks, and oversee contract execution from drafting to recordkeeping in a dynamic, international environment.

Competenze

• Qualified with law degree or equivalent in commercial contracts.
• At least four years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework and supply contracts.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms and e-signature tools.
• International contracting experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and related agreements with global suppliers and partners.
• Support framework agreements, pricing schedules, SLAs, and supplier performance provisions.
• Assist with construction/project contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, AIA) where needed.
• Assess amendments and provide clear recommendations within fallback playbooks.
• Manage contract execution, approvals, and lifecycle records.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
