Job summary

Teraleads LLC is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to own content creation, social media management, and organic growth across our brands and client accounts. This is not purely a design role; it blends creative visuals with strategic marketing knowledge.

You’ll move between strategy, content production, video, publishing, and performance analysis, tailoring messages to audiences and turning insights into engaging content that grows brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Experience managing multiple brands or social media accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising and effective ad creatives.
• Experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other major platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered creative, editing, research, or social tools.
• Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills.
• Understanding analytics, engagement metrics, and organic growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage social media content across multiple brands and platforms.
• Develop social media content strategies based on each brand's audience, positioning, and goals.
• Create social media posts, carousels, reels, stories, and other short-form content.
• Create and edit engaging short-form video content.
• Identify and act on trends, formats, conversations, memes, and cultural moments.
• Stay familiar with emerging platforms, formats, AI tools, and creator tools.
• Develop content ideas to increase reach, engagement, followers, brand awareness, and conversions.
• Manage social channels, plan, schedule, publish, and repurpose content.
• Monitor performance and use insights to improve strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose new ideas.
• Maintain a content calendar and consistent publishing.
• Maintain a cohesive brand identity across platforms.
• Create paid ad creatives for campaigns.
• Design blog and website visuals when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and objectives.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Manage creative assets in Figma.
• Revise content based on feedback and iterate quickly.
• Handle multiple brands, projects, and deadlines with speed and quality.
