Jobgether in Switzerland seeks a Director of Finance & Business Performance to rebuild and transform the finance function for a growing multi-location food-service business. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and investment evaluation across locations, brands, channels, and products.

You will turn financial data into practical insights, strengthen cash management, payroll, reporting, controls, and compliance, and collaborate with leadership to drive pricing and growth

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level finance leadership experience is required.
• Proven track record improving profitability and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy and profitability drivers.
• Experience with investment analysis and business-case development.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and modern finance technologies.

• Lead finance transformation with strong controls, reporting, and operating rhythms.
• Own cash management, payroll, compliance, and financial controls.
• Develop timely financial reporting and visibility for leadership.
• Own budgets, rolling forecasts, cash planning, and projections.
• Develop profitability reporting by location, brand, channel, and product.
• Analyze unit economics and financial drivers to guide growth.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, and strategic investments with robust models.
• Partner with operations and commercial leaders to translate insights into actions.
• Redesign finance structures, systems, and internal controls for scalability.
• Introduce modern finance technologies and automation to improve decision-making.
• Establish financial performance metrics and risk visibility.
