KPMG Switzerland in Zurich is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to lead Finance Transformation engagements, shaping the Finance Target Operating Model and technology landscape. You will design and deliver strategies to optimize processes such as Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report, plus the corresponding systems and organization design.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience from Finance projects and End to End transformation within a Consulting firm
• Deep understanding of reorganizations within the Finance function (KPI benchmarking, business case calculations, design and implementation of Target Operating Models)
• Knowledge of Finance technology implementations (workflows, reporting) and shared service centers
• Familiarity with outsourcing governance models and finance process optimization
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills for CFO-level interaction

Aufgaben

• Acquire and lead Finance engagements to transform the Finance Target Operating Model and technology landscape
• Design and deliver strategies to improve processes (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report) and organizational design
• Support clients in enhancing Finance shared services, outsourcing contracts, and centralized operations
• Advise on Finance technology landscapes and digital solutions for Finance and adjacent functions
• Advise on optimizing finance processes through AI, technologies and standardization
• Steer cross-functional projects within large transformation programs and lead proposals for new engagements
• Develop and maintain relationships with Finance leaders and scout opportunities in national and international markets
