Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Quality Systems Manager based in Switzerland to lead a standardized QMS across multiple facilities. The role focuses on document and change control, CAPA, deviations, OOS investigations, audits, and quality metrics.

You will drive data-driven improvements, governance, and training, while partnering with Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams in a remote, high-trust environment focused on compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and improving quality systems in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements including 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMPs.
• Experience with document control, change control, CAPA, deviations, and quality metrics.
• Experience administering electronic Quality Management Systems (Veeva QualityOne preferred).
• Knowledge of GFSI/SQF quality and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the corporate QMS across facilities.
• Provide guidance to facility Quality teams to ensure corporate requirements are met.
• Lead the Document Control program with creation, review, approval, and archival.
• Lead Change Control with risk assessment, approval, and validation of effectiveness.
• Manage Food Safety and Quality Training programs, tracking matrices and records.
• Support QMS reporting, audits, and management reviews with data-driven insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate quality requirements into processes and initiatives.
• Ensure training and QMS processes support data integrity and workflow adoption.
