Zusammenfassung

La Prairie Switzerland seeks a senior quality leader to own and continuously improve the QMS across Luxury Global QM, ensuring compliance and governance across key processes and interfaces. You will steward SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and change management, while tracking KPI results and supporting certifications where needed.

You will also align IT quality/digitalization efforts, monitor external audits, and build QMS training frameworks to elevate quality practices across Luxury and Beiersdorf

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as quality, engineering, life sciences, or another scientific discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production, preferably in cosmetics with OTC-regulated products.
• Experience leading quality-related initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of quality management processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Experience supporting change, transformation, and continuous improvement across evolving business environments.
• Fluent English is required; German is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously improve the quality management system (QMS) within Luxury Global QM.
• Govern QMS for Luxury HQ and external 3PM / Luxury manufacturing sites.
• Maintain standards, procedures, and practices for key processes.
• Process owner for SOP management, deviations, CAPA, and change management.
• Monitor QMS KPIs and drive ongoing operations improvement.
• Support certification efforts for key processes, units, products, and services.
• Cascade QMS requirements across all business units and departments.
• Build benchmarks on market and manufacturing best practices and regulatory context.
• Provide quality systems SME support for external audits and standardization.
• Develop and maintain QMS training frameworks and deployment plans.
